All District Devices Must be Returned in June

All district-owned computers, tablets, and hotspots that have been assigned to students during the 2019-20 and 2020-21 school year (Chromebooks, MacBooks, iPads, Hotspots) must be returned to school by the end of the school year. This includes the device, charging cord, and any cases that were provided for device protection. Families will return devices to the current school of enrollment, regardless of where that device came from. Devices may be returned June 18th, from 1-4:30 PM or June 21st, from 9 AM - 2 PM.

If students need a computing device and/or hotspot for use during Summer Learning Opportunities, continue with this form to make a request as soon as possible so we have enough inventory on hand:

These devices will be handed out at the same time the current device is collected. Summer use devices will be collected in Fall 2021 and new devices issued to students for use in the 2021-22 school year. You do NOT need to complete this form to request a device for Fall 2021.  


If a student does not return their assigned device and components, a fine will be assessed to the family in the amount of the replacement cost of the device.  This may result in a delay in receiving yearbooks, transcripts, and/or participating in end of year activities.
